Prestige Roofing And Building Solutions Ltd

"Originally we reached out to do a roof and gutter cleaning but the team made the difficult, but right, decision to let us know that the roof was in a much worse shape than originally thought. - It takes courage to deliver bad/expensive news but ultimately you want to protect your home. The team was quick to pivot to a full roof replacement, communicating what they found and what the next steps are. As a type A person, I started to catastrophize but prestige was there (on many occasions) to listen to my concerns and try and allay my fears. The majority of the work was completed in quick order and any subsequent finishing touches were done shortly afterwards - this was important as we were just moving into our new home and wanted to limit disruption to our lives. Additionally, it is good to know they have a lengthy warranty which helps provide peace of mind - I hope I never have to use it! Thanks to the team for not shying away from, or covering, bad news and for getting the job done!"

"Tom and his team did a fantastic job. They've just finished the second roof we asked them to work on (video of the first attached). Very professional and considerate, competitive quote and the standard of the finish is superb. Left both properties spotless and minimised any disruption by making sure there was a full team working on the job - great quality job thanks."

"Hired Tom to carry out some repairs to exterior of house causing an internal leak. Identified the issue as being on the roof and repalced damaged flashing. Work carried out quickly and effectively"

"Tom discussed the job and price with us and the team made a swift start and were very hard workers. They arrived early every day and started the work without any issues completing the work daily even through the very inclement weather. Always tidying up after them and keeping everything safe and tidy, Tom spoke to us every day and sent us pictures and videos provided by the workers almost 3 times a day, very pleased to see the progress as it happened. The finished job is ideal and looks really good, I thoroughly recommend this company."

"Had a great experience with this company. Upon an inspection of water damage to our external walls, we found out that the whole roof was really old and falling apart so John and his team swiftly replaced the whole roof within the week. They done this with care and precision constantly sending pics and vids to update me as I couldn’t be on site. They really helped me out and done this for a reasonable price. The site was cleaned and left in condition. I would highly recommend them and was glad we found a trusted professional. Thanks Checkatrade too."
