"Prestige Construction did an amazing job, completing the refurbishment of my house. Sabi gave some good suggestions and ideas, which we took on board and the work was completed to a high standard. The pricing was very reasonable too, compared to the other quotes I got. Work was completed within the agreed timescale. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them for both small and large projects."

"We recently completed a fairly complex front extension along with a full garage conversion, as well as an entire ground floor renovation including a new kitchen, utility room, and bathroom. I can honestly say working with Sabi and Happy was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From day one, their communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered practical suggestions where needed, and kept us informed at every stage of the project. That level of transparency made a big difference, especially on a build with so many moving parts. What really stood out was the collaborative approach. This wasn’t a case of “builder vs client” — it genuinely felt like we were working as a team. Any challenges that came up were discussed openly, with solutions agreed together, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout. They were also very conscious of our budget throughout the project. Rather than pushing unnecessary extras, they helped us make informed decisions, suggested cost-effective alternatives where appropriate, and kept everything aligned with what we were comfortable spending. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and they handled the complexity of tying in the new extension with the existing structure seamlessly. The garage conversion has completely transformed how we use the space, and the full ground floor renovation has made a huge difference to how we live day-to-day. Overall, Sabi and Happy are reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I have recommended them to friends and family of which they have had similar grrat experiences."

"Sabi and his team were absolutely fantastic. I initially hired them to level my garden and install the tiles in the garden. I was so impressed by their professionalism that I gave them the job to replace all of the fences which look amazing. I would highly recommend Sabi and his team for any work and I will most certainly be using them for any future work.
