"Edit: despite the message below, I am still being ignored on Whatsapp, calls and emails. Very disappointed. I booked this company for an end of tenancy, kitchen and bathroom-only deep clean (including inside the kitchen cabinets, oven and fridge). It took the two cleaners less than 2 hours total and this should have been a warning. When I checked the house I could tell the fridge hadn't been touched. The oven was still greasy. There was still food inside the kitchen cabinets. The counter tops were not clean. There was still mould in the bathroom, stains on the mirrors, etc. When I contacted them to ask for refund (since the booking had not been honoured), they offered to come back, but I had to give the keys back to my landlord that day, so I had to hurry and clean myself. I also did not trust them to come back and do a good job, since they didn't the first time. I am now still in the process of asking for a refund, which I consider reasonable since I paid for nothing, but I am being ignored."
