ProLock Squad locksmith Tooting

"I originally gave this a 1 star review as nobody turned up at the time I booked and they were uncontactable on phone for the whole day. Then I got a call from the company today apologising and explaining it was a new guy on the phones which has caused the problem. And they offered to make it up to me. So I credit the company for taking responsibility and I'll give them another chance."

"I had a broken door lock and could not secure my home. After a quick phone call Daniel soon reached my property, bringing with him upgraded door locks to improve the security of my home. He quickly fitted them, fully securing my property. During the whole process Daniel was always very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the end result and impressed with how quickly the work was completed. Thank you Daniel."

"A very fast response and got me in my house. Brilliant comms and professionalism. Thank you!"

"I needed two locks replaced and they quoted £150-200. The locksmith came late and didn't have the parts he said he'd have. He was only able to replace one of the locks, but still charged me *£370* for that work, with an £8 TSS deadlock marked up to £140 - that's 1650%! They're scammers and I'll be reporting them to trading standards as well as to the police."

"Scam alert!! We hired them and they sent someone around who billed us from a different company name: Locksmith London ltd. They then proceeded to charge us DOUBLE the price of our original quote for half the work."
