Property Restoration Services London Ltd

"We have had work carried out by Trevor and his team in two locations. In Ealing, they replaced both a flat and pitched roof alongside some chimney repairs etc. In Kensington, they replaced a flat roof and the roof on a dormer. On both occasions the service was excellent. Very clear communication building on a thorough assessment & explanation of options. Trevor was also very patient whilst we debated options. On site, always knew they were there as some of this work is noisy, however otherwise minimally intrusive and a very friendly team. Most of the work was accompanied by a 10 year guarantee and the documentation for this arrived in a timely manner. Would highly recommend"

"Absolute lifesavers. A lot of my family and I are Chiswick residents and we’ve used Trevor’s team six times in the last four years. After some nightmare experiences with other local roofing companies, finding Property Restoration Services London Ltd was a game-changer. They are incredibly professional, do a brilliant job, and are easily the best roofers in Chiswick."

"Highly recommend Trevor and his team who completely replaced clay-tiled front of our roof with Spanish slate, adding in a Velux (with reinforcement of timber). New Roofshield membrane withstood the persistent rain during works. Looks great and scaffolding removed quickly and site left clean and tidy. Good friendly crew who would certainly use again when redo rear."

"We recently had our slate roof replaced by Property Restoration Services London Ltd, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Finding a reliable team in Chiswick who actually understands the requirements of these older properties can be a bit of a minefield, but these guys were top-notch. I’ve shared a few photos because the work speaks for itself. It was quite a project—they stripped everything back to the rafters to ensure the structure was sound before any new slate went on. It’s rare to find a crew that is so meticulous yet so tidy; they were very mindful of the neighbours and kept the site spotless, which we really appreciated. The finish on the slate and the leadwork is superb. It’s a massive relief to have the house properly sorted by a team that clearly knows their craft. If you’re looking for high-quality roofing in West London, look no further."

"We recently had our roof completely replaced by the roofers at property restoration services london ltd, and the results are fantastic. Our house is just a stone’s throw from Chiswick House and Gardens, and we really wanted a finish that complemented the historic character of the neighborhood. The team helped us pick the perfect slate that looks high-end and traditional. They were professional, kept the site tidy, and finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for any W4 homeowners!"
