"Today around 1:15 PM, I was riding my motorcycle towards Ealing via Ealing Road. One of your drivers pulled out recklessly onto the road from Chestnut Avenue without checking for traffic at all, even though I had the right of way. I had to swerve to the left at the very last second to avoid a crash—they almost ran me over. ​When I gestured to warn him, instead of apologizing, he reacted aggressively and made an offensive hand gesture, acting as if I was the one at fault. Afterwards, he started tailgating me extremely closely, driving like a maniac right on my rear bumper. If anything unexpected had happened, he would have crashed straight into me. ​It is quite ironic for a company that claims to provide security and safety to have drivers who put public safety at risk on the road. Perhaps you should focus on keeping people safe from your own drivers first."

"Supposedly "repaired" our roof on behalf of A2 Dominion, they fixed a broken tile and a hole in the felting... Now, the hole wasn't there prior to their "repair" and its on the wrong side of the roof to where the issue is. We will still have a leak when it rains, and we will still get water coming in via the light socket in the bathroom blowing yet another LED light unit, thats 3 now, we will still have rain water dripping through the plaster board on the ceilings, we will still have rain water running down the walls, we still have water stains on the bathroom and bedroom ceiling across the back of the house, where the "repair" they carried out on the front of the roof there was no issue at all. No broken tile, no hole in the felt.. until they "fixed" it. Can't get hold of them by phone, and just passed from person to person and fobbed off with excuses when we do get through. Total cowboys. The supposed repair they made is attached"

"They were supposed to attend to replace both elements in my boiler today. The electrician attended at 8:45am for his part in the project. The plumber was meant to turn up between 10am - 10:30am. I then received a call from Pyramid Plus saying that the appointment has to be cancelled and rescheduled as plumber has back issues and is on reduced duties as he returned to work today, so he was initially given a full list of duties and have had to cancel some of his work to accommodate the reduced duties requirement. I am self employed and I don’t get paid for taking time off work, so this is highly inconvenient as I took time off work for this appointment to take place. They should have known that he was returning to work on reduced duties in advance and cancelled this appointment in advance rather than on the day at no notice at all. I am very disappointed and annoyed. If I had the option of going for a different company to do the job, I would have gone for that, but I don’t. Another appointment has been made & a different plumber without back issues and a reduced duties requirement will be attending on the next appointment, so at least that’s some reassurance that the same disappointment wouldn’t happen when I take the day off again."

"This company is beyond terrible, if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. More likely to appear in court than actually completing a job to an acceptable standard. More often than not showing up without the right tools or without the required skills and knowledge to complete work. How they haven't been formally investigated for negligence and squandering government funds is incredible. Avoid at all costs, and if you have to use them prepare for an average 2hour waiting time on the phone followed by cancelled appointments and ill equipped or untrained DIY chancers arriving to bodge whatever repair you need fixing. Dangerous, negligent, unskilled and a complete waste of government money."

"Unlikely living in a property manged by Pyramid Plus, Absolutely rubbish company. Never answer phone calls. Never come back to you. Never arrive on time for appointment. No updates provided about how and when problem is being fixed. If luckily someone turn up at the door they will just come take pictures look at problem and walk straight out. "I haven't been booked for this job". So make you book for the same issue over and over again. It's time to complain about them to "The Housing Ombudsman"."
