PyroFox

"Shaan is fantastic. He was very kind & patient with us, answering all our questions & explaining the treatment process. We finished our 4 rounds of treatment a few weeks back & so far so good!"

"Shawn was fantastic. Did the job efficiently, but more important, he was truly helpful. When I told him I would not be free till Wednesday for the initial visit because I was going away at 9am on Monday, he volunteered to start the job at 7am on the Monday so that the treatment would work while I was away. He came back 3 times and I was very impressed with the thoroughness with which he checked that there were not remaining bugs"

"We just finished our pest control cycle with Shaan and he really did a terrific job! He’s really passionate about what he does on top of being highly skilled, which makes the whole experience even better! Strongly recommend his talent and services, thank you again Shaan!"

"We dragged a problem for a couple of months and had unsuccessful attempts to get rid of the mouse which inhabited our walls, scratching, running without showing in any particular place.  We were frustrated, sleepless and helpless; neither of the mouse traps worked, nor the "professionals" who charged astronomic amounts of money to secure the access points to our house and close the manholes. Meeting Shaan was an entirely different experience. He came to see the situation without charging in advance. He did a thorough inspection, listened to us and asked questions. He was discreet and with good manners, at the same time willing to get into the tight spaces of our attic. After the first visit, he seemed to understand things and was able to ascertain the type of rodent, found a nest and the likely access point. We had more insights and a clear plan. He suggested a couple of the options and was respectful of the one we chose. In the next coming he set up the traps, including the one in the ceiling where the nest was found, making a tiny whole and he closed the access point in the attic. I was hugely impressed with his problem-solving and wondering is it was really going to work? He followed up and once more, the situation, but since then we haven't heard the mouse, and it definitely worked. We are grateful for his efficient work, pleasant contact and fair price for the service."

"We hired PyroFox because of Shaan. We knew him back from when he was at another company. By the time we met him, we had gone through three companies and five people, who all had failed to solve our problem. He did an excellent proofing job in our kitchen and solved the issue we had. It’s been three years now and we never had the same problem again. This year we hired him again because of a different problem. Again, he’s done an excellent job and dealt with it in a safe and effective manner. All this while being a dedicated, attentive and charming person."
