They communicated very well (for this kind of thing) along the way, with emails that were useful, cogent, clear, and timely. The written documentation of their work was also excellent - very clear and comprehensive reports with photos. Their quote and the options they presented were reasonable too. They only thing that wasn't perfect was that they couldn't get the dishwasher down the stairs on the first visit, so they had to come back and try again on a second day. But these things happen, and in the end I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others."
