"Absolutely brilliant service. I’d just moved into a new flat and had no idea what was wrong with my heating and hot water system. I called last minute in what was basically an emergency and he went out of his way to fit me in first thing the next morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, especially with heat pumps. He spent time properly analysing the system, was on the phone to the heat pump manufacturer to diagnose the issue, sourced the parts and then came back the same day to fix everything. This was something no one else had been able to figure out for four days, and he resolved it all within a single day. Very efficient, went above and beyond, and very reasonably priced. Genuinely a great guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heat pump work in East London or Essex."

He was really communicative and updated me about his ETA which was really helpful. He was very professional, friendly, and had a great manner throughout the installation.
