RDA Architects Ltd

"My family approached this firm to build my dream property, it became a nitemare unfortunately, young family with kids ,my grand design... I was not happy at all with the service I received! Their response below is a totally incorrect , pretty standard from my experience with them, they resigned when planning enforcement got involved They hadn't built to permissions! & I had to appoint lawyers leaving me high & dry to deal with the build alone.im very tempted to put everything up here so people can make up their own minds ... They charged me double agreed fee yet walked mid build ... Atrocious Mad how I could never get reply from you when enforcement officer was wanting us to knock down house or reapply for planning but now you reply on Google at midnight lol hilarious They keep getting my reviews removed somehow Spent more attention on this than my build!"

"I have appointed RDA for several personal design projects, including my 60s home and a commercial building in Peckham. Richard helped me to source this building for my own development project. We have worked together collaboratively on the projects over the past 3 years and I trust the office to run projects efficiently. Richard and I have developed a close relationship, not just as client to architect, but as a friend and mentor. I cant recommend the practice more highly and thank them enough for the amazing work they have done for me."

"We have rebuilt two houses with Richard and his team. His design skills are excellent and we were delighted by both results. In addition, the team managed the whole build process very well, with both projects on budget. I routinely recommend RDA to others with our hesitation."

"I have had the very great pleasure of working with Richard, as his photographer, over multiple projects. I always look forward to an RDA build, I know the client will be delighted, the architecture will be exemplary and every detail will have been considered. It's rare to enjoy the level of trust, confidence and gratitude that RDA engender, even rarer to maintain their level of respect for so long in such a complicated and fraught profession. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team for your house: His only fault, if fault it is, is his desire to deliver a perfect project, which may blind him to even the most unreasonable of clients, often at great person cost. 5 stars without hesitation."

"We have had our house refurbished by RDA. Right throughout the design planning and execution process we found a team that was professional, brilliant and responsive. They made every attempt to understand what we wanted, gently advised against what could be unrealistic and most important ensured the end product met our expectations. While modernising our 1929 build at no point was the character of the house compromised with. The transformation is stunning and fittings recommended a are excellent. We are more than satisfied with Richard, Jan and team and strongly recommend them as architects for any venture."
