"Terrible cleaners. Do NOT use this cleaners. They ruined $400 worth of our shirts we dropped off. They didn’t separate the laundry. They literally took white shirts, tan shirts, etc and mixed these light colors with either someone else’s dark colored laundry or something inside their machine stained our clothing. 3 shirts have irremovable stains, and one white shirt is now blue. Essentially, they all need to be thrown away. They also created an invoice for 65 pounds when taking my clothing. Upon arrival, they wanted 95 pounds. The irony is they wanted more money knowing that they already ruined 3 of our nice shirts. Stay away from this place. UNETHICAL cleaners"

"A great place to ruin your precious clothes. They completely ruined our clothes and only offered store credit in return because the item was a gift from Korea and they can’t do any better without a receipt, it was a gift! So of course we don’t have a receipt. Not only that, but they valued the product based on an online *sale* price, not the actual value of the item. We only asked for dry cleaning, instead we got damaged clothes, AI responses, a lack of human decency, and zero willingness to try and fix the issue. The clothing came back completely damaged along with our faith in their ability to do their job correctly. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else to get your clothes cleaned, lest your clothes experience the same fate."
