Jon took time to fully understand our requirements, giving us four innovative design options to help us arrive at an optimum design solution. His design plans made maximum use of the available space, repurposing an under-utilised larder to form a utility room, housing a relocated combi boiler and washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process overseeing a tender to secure a suitable builder and guiding us through the process to obtain building regulations approval.
