"We are a Charity and we couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Andrea has done on our sash windows. The first phase of the project was completed two years ago, when he restored 10 windows that were, quite honestly, on the verge of falling apart. Thanks to his craftsmanship and attention to detail, they were brought back to absolute perfection. What truly sets Andrea apart, beyond his exceptional skill, is his character. He is kind, honest, and incredibly respectful of the home he’s working in. At the end of every single day, he left the property spotless, always ensuring that furniture and surrounding areas were carefully protected throughout the process. We were living in the property during the restoration, and Andrea went above and beyond to accommodate this. He worked in a way that caused minimal disruption to our daily lives, which made a huge difference. We also have cats and dogs who are very sensitive to noise and dust, and Andrea showed remarkable consideration for them. When working on windows in areas where the pets spend most of their time, he kept noise levels to a minimum—sometimes even sanding by hand instead of using electric tools, just to avoid distressing them. This year, he returned to complete the ground floor bay window, and once again, the result is fantastic. His consistency, care, and pride in his work are evident in every detail. On top of everything, Andrea is simply a pleasure to have around—always calm, cheerful, and with a great sense of humour. It made the whole experience not just stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality window restoration carried out with integrity, skill, and genuine care. The Belforte Trust"

"Absolutely Stellar job on a Grade 2 Heritage building in Maida Vale area, restored and replaced sections of very aged and dilapidated windows to a specific specification to meet Westminster’s Council strict guidelines from their Listed Building department. They surpassed all expectations on the finish leaving them better than could have been expected. I don’t believe that the job they done could have been improved on. Fantastic company and people. Thank you JP"

"Andrea and his team has completed full restoration work on three large sash windows over two separate visits for me in a Grade II listed property located in Westminster. The team has done an excellent job on both occasions and I could not recommend them highly enough. They are hard working, professional, polite and courteous, neat and tidy and respectful of the property they are working in. Andrea is trustworthy, honest and personable and importantly highly skilled and deeply experienced. He has a strong track record of sash window restoration work on projects ranging from high profile prestigious large commercial listed properties, super-prime luxury residential projects as well as lower end residential projects such as mine. Importantly, Andrea’s pricing is highly competitive and fully transparent – there is no head office fat reflected in his quotes which is often the case with sash window restoration companies. In an industry which accommodates a broad spectrum of operators, I would describe Andrea’s team as proper craftsmen who you can rely on for a high quality outcome at a very competitive price. I am planning further restoration work on 4 more windows in 2026 with the team."
