RM Roofing & Property Ltd

"I got in touch in an emergency — my motorised glazed Staka roof access hatch was stuck open and my flat was exposed to the elements. From the first contact, the response was immediate. They asked for photos to assess remotely, gave me a clear plan, and Rueben was at my property within about 90 minutes, exactly on time. His diagnosis was quick and accurate, the fix was handled promptly, and he was genuinely good to deal with throughout. I'll be working with them again on the follow-up repair and recommend them without reservation. Special thanks to Rueben."

"We recently appointed RM Roofing to replace the original 100+ year-old Victorian cast iron guttering on our building and were very pleased with the result. Reuben Murphy was diligent, patient and attentive to the enquiries and requirements of our joint freehold throughout. The work was expertly carried out by his two “Ewans” — hardworking young lads who completed the installation to a high standard. The job was competitively priced and backed by a reassuring 10-year guarantee. We look forward to working with Reuben again for any future roofing and guttering works."

"We have suffered with water ingress to the first floor for the last 12 months. RM were the only team to identify the source of the water penetration instead of just quoting us for an entire new roof. Open and clear communication throughout and the work has been done to a high standard. No upsell during the work."

"Reuben and his team are incredibly professional and efficient. I have benefitted from the service of the company twice for different reasons and the delivery of the work is always of high quality. Reuben is also available on the phone 24/7 and they provide an excellent customer service. The team is always very respectful of people’s properties and always kind enough to remove their shoes when entering someone’s flat to ensure they never cause any damage. If needed, they also have the flexibility of working on a Saturday to finish your job more quickly. 100% recommend!"

"Reuben and his team did a thorough investigation of the roof and gave a very competitive quote compared other tradesman who visited. His team were reliable and professional and completed the job to a good really good standard. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair and his team were courteous and tided up before they left. Highly recommend Reuben. Thank you for a great service."
