Royce Roofing Ltd

"I had a very disappointing experience with Royce Roofing Ltd. I paid for work on my extension roof, which was completed on 1 July 2026. I understood that the work would include a new roof membrane and new lead flashing, and I was assured that the roof would no longer leak. However, within only one month of completion, the roof leaked twice. Water entered the house and reached an electrical socket/fitting, causing the electricity to trip and leaving the house without power. This created a serious risk of electric shock and was extremely concerning. I therefore hired another roofer to investigate and replace the defective work. During removal, material that appeared to be the original old membrane was found beneath parts of the roof, despite the invoice stating that a new membrane had been installed. The replacement roofer has now completed the work successfully, so I no longer require Royce Roofing Ltd to return and attempt another repair. I have submitted a formal complaint requesting a refund and provided supporting photographs, the invoice and evidence of the replacement work. I will update this review if the company responds and resolves the matter satisfactorily. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Royce Roofing Ltd."
