RS Lock and Safe

"Scott was amazing! So so lovely and kind. Very trustworthy and so quick! Also incredibly fair priced in my opinion. Will be using again. Thanks Scott! :)"

"Scott was absolutely fantastic! He was very friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment he arrived. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly and professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. You can tell he really cares about helping people, not just doing the job. Highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy locksmith!"

"Scott came and replaced my Yale lock with a British standard Era nightlatch. He was very helpful on the phone, taking my call on the way to another job, and was very flexible about getting to me asap, prompt responding to my messages, and £24 cheaper than another local business. Scott is a very nice man, and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended."

"Tremendous service and professionalism. Scott came to quote promptly for 3 x lock issues with doors in my period property. I am a landlady so I needed someone I felt I could really trust given I would not be meeting him in person or on site at any stage to oversee the works. Scott assured me that it was all fixable and that he had all necessary parts at hand. On the day of works he discovered a key was missing for the back doors but he was able to change the whole lock there and then. One door was not closing so he stood on a ladder and planed it until it was fully functional again. Scott kept me updated at each stage and even finished the work in the evening to avoid the exorbitant Islington parking fees. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott for any of your lock needs."

"Got a quote in minutes, same day callout within two hours, and replaced multiple locks in a few minutes, cleaned the work after and straightforward payment. Great customer service, no hassle at all and good work overall. 10/10, would definitely do business with them again."
