Customer Reviews
"Delivery of scaffold tower was on a day we agreed, no problem. But as others said here the collection is a disaster. Terrible customer service. You call them to ask when will the tower be collected. They tell you they need to call the depot and will call you back. Nobody ever does! So you call them again to chase and they tell you they can't reach the depot. This is a lie because if you call Speedy Hire direct they do pick up and they do give you a date. I wish my builder had just gone directly to Speedy Hire. I've lost three days of waiting around for nothing. Terrible customer service and deceiving of customers."
