Sally Locksmith

"RUDE RUDE RUDE. most unprofessional business i’ve ever encountered. DO NOT waste your money here. i would give zero stars if i could. if you want a good and affordable lock smith who does almost everything, go to key jutting, fobs and luggage kiosk (436 holloway road, n7 6qa) just a 5 minute walk away"

"Called them after my husband lost his bag on the train home and we couldn't be sure the house keys weren't in it. The engineer was with us inside the hour, swapped the cylinders on both exterior doors, and kept the old ones for us in case we needed them for the insurance claim. Polite, methodical, no attempt to pad the bill with bits we didn't ask for. Paid on the card at the door and the VAT receipt came through by email the same evening."

"Called them after getting locked out late in the evening and they were at my door within half an hour. Really professional, got me back in without any damage to the door. The price was reasonable for an emergency callout and the locksmith was friendly and reassuring. Highly recommend."

"I got to the shop after hours and honestly didn’t expect anyone to help — but the guy there was kind enough to stay and sort me out anyway."

"So happy to have my new key and lock working. Amazing service from Sally Locksmith. Attention to detail and helpful all round. Will make use of your services in the future. Five stars."
