Saloria Architects

"The Saloria team - particularly Lalji Vekaria and Ana Ciubuc - have been extremely effective and helpful in designing and securing the necessary regulatory approvals for the renovation of our flat located in a high rise building. With a minimum of revision and cost, they successfully navigated the “black hole” of the HRB regulations and approvals for our proposed works. They are extremely easy to work with, providing timely updates and information, allowing us to manage our timelines and expectations. Truly an excellent team!"

"Excellent problem solvers. We already had an architect, specialist structural glazing and building contractors all unable to resolve a complex issue. Saloria came in mid-project with elegant, cost effective solutions that took in to account future maintenance. They liaised with all parties effectively to make sure the solution was delivered correctly and also helped with building control issues. My only regret is not appointing them at the start of the project."

"We had built a 6m extension using Solaria’s services this year. We had several problems occur and the level of stress and unnecessary cost had risen. Throughout the whole process Saloria had been very professional, caring and supported us throughout the situation. The time given (out of hours too!) and advice and support by Laljibhai and Kinjal will be never forgotten! I thank you all for your help and making our building work run as smooth as possible. To anyone out there who requires an Architect, I highly recommend this company! You will not regret it. We will be using Saloria again! In the near future for the next project. Thank you again! And bless you all!"

"Saloria Architects was extremely helpful in processing my planning permission as well as legal application related to my house in Harrow. Very prompt, positive and pro-active, with regular follow up. I am totally satisfied."

"An amazing service my family received from Saloria Architects & all staff who helped out greatly with my back extension, which included arranging to move the main manhole & water. So easy to get hold off the team & very supportive with the extra work."
