"As the Managing Company for a residential building, we have engaged Saxon on multiple occasions to enhance our security infrastructure. Each experience has been marked by excellent rapport, professional service and reliable products that have never let us down. Their pricing is very reasonable - especially when considering the high quality of both their workmanship and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Natalie in their office, who serves as our primary point of contact. She is consistently pleasant, prompt, and precise in her communication, making the entire process seamless. In summary, Saxon have consistently delivered dependable service, quality products, and outstanding customer care. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy and professional security provider."

"Phenomenal service - I got locked out from my house and was recommended Saxon by a neighbour. Even though they don’t provide emergency call outs, an engineer was nearby and came directly to us. Well within the hour, we were back in the house, the lock had been replaced and everything had been tidied up. While I couldn’t be given an exact price before the job had been looked at, a rough ballpark was given on the phone and the end price was extremely good value for money compared to previous experiences with other firms. Thank you Saxon for such a swift, professional job - we’ll definitely be using your services again, just hopefully in different circumstances!"

"Our front door lock broke this morning, and after much head scratching and googling, realised that the gearbox had broken. Called Saxon Locks to see if the had a replacement in stock and they said yes after less than a minute of searching whilst on the phone! Once in the shop, the guy was super helpful and when I said I've not installed stuff like this before offered some super helpful advice. He even offered to install the gearbox if I brought the whole locking system to the shop if I had trouble with it at home. Awesome customer service!"
