Seventy Seven Surveyors

"Kyle was elected by my neighbour for a party wall award. I then also elected him to make the process easier. He tried his best to get the inspection booked in as quick as possible with a tenanted property next door. He understands concerns on both sides, stays completely impartial and just gets the job done. I really needed to hit a deadline with my children away over summer to avoid building works as much as possible and kept my on track bar a couple of days"

"77 Survryors are very good and efficient in conducting the survey. They have done my job within couple of weeks. It could be a week but because of my awkward neighbour it took 2 weeks. I can recommend them any time. Dipak"

"Great customer service! Our next door was quite tricky to get hold of and Kyle and Karla were very reassuring and managed to turn what could be quite a long drawn out process around, very quickly! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family."

"Highly recommended. Kyle is professional, very knowledgable and honest. He has guided me through a difficult situation with kindness and has answered all of my questions patiently in terms that I can understand. I am so impressed and grateful that we found Kyle and he will certainly be our go to for any future needs or projects!"

"We have been very impressed by who Kyle has been our party wall surveyor over a 6 month period and has shown exceptional knowledge, support and guidance. In what has been a more complicated process due to our situation, Kyle has been communicative, thoughtful and always looking for the best solution for us. We recommend Kyle highly and will continue to use him on future projects."
