SM Fulham Builders Ltd

"Unbelievable! From start to finish the attention to detail, the exemplary communication, the friendliness and reliability of all the team and the complete transparency in costs has been amazing. Most people fall out with their builders but not with Armando and his team. They go above and beyond every time and even the neighbours love him and his team, which is quite something after a 6 month project. They did a full renovation, extension and loft conversion and the care taken to make sure that the finishing touches looked amazing was very impressive. Could not recommend Armando and his team enough. Even through the chaos of smashing walls down and taking off the roof, we were able to fully trust them and get confident and excited about the end result! Armando came up with great ideas and ways to create extra space and always listened carefully to what we wanted. His communication and willingness to meet on site regularly and at any moment was brilliant. Look forward to the next project…."

"This is the fourth time SM Fulham Builders Ltd have worked for us but this time the project was bigger, requiring both extensive internal and external renovations, building an extension, installing a kitchen, shower room and utility room and equipping a studio. As previously, Armando and his team (all of whom are friendly, polite and helpful) completed the work to a very high quality with none of our demands or unseen problems being too big for them to tackle. We are thrilled with the finished results and cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, their attention to detail and their kindness. This is a company that goes above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy and it is therefore very easy to recommend them and to award them five stars."

"We've used SM Fulham Builders for a number of years on projects on our house and they have been an absolute delight to work with. Armando and his team are very professional and considerate, working to a high standard always to budget and changing demands throughout. They've done all interior and external jobs with nothing out of their realm of craft. They always go above and beyond to make you happy with the work"

"Armando and the SM Fulham Builders team are a pleasure to work with. Right from the very beginning Armando has a hands on approach and is quick and efficient with meeting with you, providing a quote and suggesting the timeline. He proved to work within the quote for the majority of the work and added costs only came when we decided to make changes to original plans or for unforeseen issues, he always was open re cost and saved us costs when he could too which was hugely appreciated. I was most impressed by how Armando kept to the schedule he initially suggested to us, whilst also ensuring his work was completed to a high standard from the building work to the joinery and painting. All of his team are very friendly and hard working and I enjoyed going over to the house to chat through progress and ideas with them quite often! No job ever seemed like a big ask, they even helped move us in, hang pictures and came back to check for any snags a week after we moved in. We are really happy with the home they have created for us and cannot thank them enough and would definitely work with Armando in the future!"

"Armando and his team completed a job involving removal of internal wall, removing existing kitchen and fitting a new one. Armando and his team were very friendly and accommodating, happy to discuss lots throughout the project and make changes at our request. Quote given at the start was stuck to (despite some changes of plan along the way) and additional extras in different parts of the house completed. Armando takes care over his customers and even impressed our neighbours with his friendly and considerate approach and willingness to help them too. overall very happy with the work and would recommend!"
