SMA Lofts & Extensions Ltd

"We have been collaborating with SMA Lofts & Extensions Ltd for a few years. We worked together on our last project in Ealing. The team was very professional and provided fully integrated architectural, loft conversion, and design solutions. The prices were reasonable, and they also handled building control very effectively. We would definitely use their services again and will highly recommend them further!"

"SMA did a loft conversion for me in mid-2024. I found them to be excellent and thoroughly recommend them. The few minor issues which arose during the build were dealt with fairly and promptly. I hope to use them again for the next project at my house. My thanks to the whole team."

"SMA have been absolutely excellent to deal with as have their partner Aqua Bathrooms. From start to finish SMA were professional. They understood our requirements well, were clear on the scope of the build and the fixed price quote was delivered to. They kept to their estimated timeframes as much as possible and provided us with a high quality finish. Where there were minor defects SMA quickly rectified them without any hassle. A superb firm that I would have no trouble in recommending"

"SMA have done a fantastic job of our loft conversion. Having been recommended them by multiple families at our kids school, they certainly delivered a quality product & would not hesitate recommending them. The workmanship is exceptional & as they say ‘you get what you pay for’ and all came within budget & on timescales. A very happy customer. Jack"

"SMA completed our loft in September 2022. The standard of work was exceptional and all of the staff/trades were warm, friendly and brilliant at their craft. We had to wait quite some time for the build to begin from placing our deposit, but the wait was worth it and the right thing to do given the size of our investment. We wanted to make sure we were working with the best, and SMA truly were. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Kate and Stu"
