Smart Designs Constructors

"Sam and the team were incredible working on our full bathroom, kitchen and second bedroom renovation. They worked within the exact timeline they had predicted of four weeks, maintaining a high standard across everything they produced. Everything we asked for they were able to bring to life and any additional obstacles were resolved effortlessly. We could not be happier with the final product and would recommend them to anyone. A fair price and a high end finish! SDC has made our new flat a home, thank you so much!"

"We used Mick, Sam and team to knock our en suite and main bathroom into a larger bathroom. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, with quick attention to snagging issues, and good problem solving when unexpected things came up during the renovation - a good experience all round."

"The team have been excellent. They took a grim damp basement and turned it into a functional, well lit and ventilated space. They understood my desire and expectation for the conversion, and pulled together a strong team of electricians, gas, painters, plasterers, tilers and carpenters to achieve our lovely space. They were onsite promptly each day and worked studiously, always tidying away each day. I would highly recommend Sam and Mick’s team. Thank you so much for adding such amazing storage space to our home!"

"We just had our new bathroom fitted, and we were pleased with the final result. The guys did a good job - totally ripping out the old bathroom and replacing everything including relocating the loo and sink/vanity and made everything looks just like we imagined! They were respectful of our home, making sure to store their tools neatly every evening before leaving and cleaning after themselves. After some months after the renovation,Ive noticed that some details were missed especially the window area where water is gathering at the window sill instead of going down ."

"We used Smart Design Constructors to build our gym at the back of our garden. Sam and his team did an amazing job, the final finish of the building was to a very high standard. The build was completed within the time specified. Will definitely use them again for future work."
