Smart Pest Control Ltd. (East London Office)

"Ozzie was brilliant, he was extremely thorough throughout the whole house and left no stone unturned . Friendly, kind and professional. Lovely man and great job! Thank you ☺️☺️"

"Outstanding service. Greeted by a friendly chap on the phone that goes through all the price options. Then a pest control turn up (on time), thoroughly go through the room with a steamer and commercial grade spay. I must admit I tried using a few sprays from Amazon, they didn't work. They then came back for second visit and repeated the same exercise again. Very friendly and professional service from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and would be my goto for pest control in future. A+++++"

"Had a great experience, from booking the appointment to the actual visit. Mustafa was extremely thorough and I feel so much better knowing the issue is resolved for now. Highly recommend booking with Smart Pest Control, and I will certainly book again in the future as needed."

"Ozzie provided an excellent pest control service. He was extremely thorough, carefully checking every part of the house to identify any potential issues. He took the time to properly seal and plug entry points, which gave us real confidence that the problem was being handled at its source. He also placed bait strategically and explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Ozzie spent over an hour making sure everything was covered, and his attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a very professional and diligent service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable pest control."

"Excellent service from Smart Pest Control. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp, and they shared plenty of information before the visit, which was really reassuring. The team was professional and took great care throughout the process. We were able to get a call-out within 48 hours, and the technician arrived on time. It was also really helpful that the service included a full report with photos and videos emailed after the treatment, plus a three-month warranty at no extra cost. Overall, we were very happy with the service and treatment provided and would highly recommend."
