"I have booked the cleaning last minute - Ellen was helpful in answering all the questions I had and quickly provided the quote. Cleaning ladies arrived on time and they have done a thorough job! Cleaned everything inside the shelves etc as requested. I was a bit unhappy with how they cleaned the balcony but they have fixed it once I have asked. Thank you for your work!"

Discussed how important it was to ensure our new wooden floors were cleaned with correct equipment & non-abrasive cleaner. Was re-assured all needs could be me. Sadly this was not the case. Two cleaners arrived without correct cleaning equipment, broken hoover and no specialist cleaning products. Cleaners were unprofessional and inexperienced, had to supervise all day. Have contacted customer service with no follow-up response in over a week. Terrible post customer care, they take your money & run. Would not recommend."
