Squarepoint Surveyors - Party Wall Surveyors London

"We have used Squarepoint twice for party wall notices. On both occasions we received a high quality service with quick and clear communication every step of the way. Would recommend."

"Adam did a survey of our roof for us as we had had various leaks which numerous "fixes" hadn't yet sorted. I was really impressed with how Adam talked me through what he would do and was really practical about how he'd get access etc, as well as working with the roofers we then used to make sure this fix was effective. I felt like he understood what we needed. Really pleased with the service!"

"We have dealt with Adam from Squarepoint Surveyors on a number of occasions, mainly during a party wall dispute with our neighbour. He has been incredible helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our circumstances weren't the easiest, Adam has been a fantastic help and we cannot recommend him enough."

"Very pleased with the professional service provided over a party wall issue that we had with overly sensitive neighbours during the build of our rear extension. Having research several other surveyors, my wife and I felt that Squarepoint was also fairly priced. Were we to consider doing any future building work, we would definitely look to use Squarepoint again."

"We engaged Squarepoint to deal with a party wall matter for us. Adam was great - really helpful, honest and efficient. Highly recommended."
