"Awful awful people. Do not use them. I have had to take out a small claim against them as they have not refunded me for a bodge job they did on our boiler. Promised the refund and promised a call from the manager but nothing ever materialised. Their website is not legit either as the links do not work and they are not a legitimate company."

"Would NOT recommend. They came to attach a radiator back on the wall, twice. First guy showed up, unable to operate.. A few days later, “senior engineers” came and reattached it. It fell off 3 weeks later. The studs used were not suitable for that work. I have yet to hear back from their manager, not to mention - no refund yet."
