We used their structural engineers who were excellent and then their residential architects, Tamsin in particular, were splendid. She / SJA were professional, helpful, highly competent and very pleasant to work with. Tamsin injected some much needed joy into an otherwise awful project planning phase. With their help the build has been, mercifully, much smoother than the planning and legal admin phase of the project! "Tom Barker and team were absolutely brilliant. They specialise in offering practicable solutions to potential structural issues. That contrasts with my experience of other surveyors who I found often recommend a solution for the worst case scenario to fit their risk appetite.
