"I went to the store with only a photo of a window with a broken handle. Within 15 minutes there were 2 people on site and within 40 minutes of arrival a new handle and new gears were fitted and the height of the window re set to ensure that the lock was a perfect fit. I could not be any happier - absolutely amazing job at an incredibly reasonable rate."

"Outstanding service for a local business. I ordered two windows, which were delivered ahead of the promised date. This allowed my builders to work with more flexibility as far as their work schedule was concerned. Prices are very reasonable. In fact, cheaper than some online retailers. What's even better is that you get professional guidance. I recommend their services."

"Great service from start to finish. Very quick to come and quote with a very fair price. Very professional installation and very happy with result. Will use them again for our balcony doors."

"Having dealt with some of the larger national firms for quotes, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. No hard sale tactics, no inflated prices with “special” discounts. They quoted a sensible price & therefore I went with them. The work itself is great, looks really nice now it’s all finished. Very pleased & glad I went with them."

"Complete rip off! Had a patio door supplied and fitted 6 years ago through insurance. Went there today to get a replacement lock mechanism for the said door and peter (owner) Wanted to charge me £110 plus vat for it! I walked away as I thought it too expensive Went to a company called Falcon plastics in mitcham and he arranged for me to pick up A lock mechanism from one of his suppliers in croydon for £11.99 inc vat Supaframes,Shameful behaviour from a company that I had recommended to other people in the past. AVOID 😡"
