"I painting company let me down 24hours before starting the job. Then Perry and his team came and in and sorted everything out. He kept me up to date with progress (videos and whattsapp). Perry committed to a finish date and delivered. The quality of the works was great! 100% will use again"

"Perry and Dennis did a great job restoring our windows. They repaired the rotten timber thoroughly and repainted the external window frames. We also have an appointment for a complete window replacement for a different window in a few weeks. Perry arranged scaffolding as well directly. Many thanks for the excellent work!"

"Perry and his team had previously done a replastering job for us a couple years before which they did a great job on. I then decided to reach out for doing the decorative works for an extension project we have recently done, including flooring, cabinetry and paint work. There was a lot of mixing up with timings (from our side) as well as the scope of the works evolving which they worked around, including fitting our project in around others they were committed with. Always very quick to respond to queries as well. The end result is our house looking absolutely with a lot of extra steps taken to make it look just that bit even better than it might otherwise have looked. Will gladly call on Perry and his team for any further decorative works we plan on doing"

"We were very pleased with the all three painting projects completed by Perry and his team during 2024/5. The first project included repair work and painting the house externals. We live in a very tall 1880s traditional townhouse. We had had some recurring problem with rust overhanging the bay roof which was rectified by Perry. It’s been a year since it was repaired and painted following a period of bad weather and still looks great ! Perry organised and coordinated all the scaffolding too. Given the success of the first project, we had Perry back a few months later to paint my son and daughter’s bedrooms and home office while we were away. We asked Perry to complete all in three days which was a tight time frame given the sizes of the rooms and he completed everything to high standard. All the furniture and carpets were thoroughly protected. And Perry provided regular updates, and bought all the paint on our behalf. Perry and his team arrived and early and left late to ensure it was completed in the timeframe. The third and most recent project was painting and decorating our large basement kitchen and lounge including all shaker cabinetry and replacing door handles. The finish was absolutely perfect. There were many patches throughout the walls that needed substantial repair work to ensure the paint finish looked right. Perry also completed a few extras: 3 cupboards underneath the TV which required a lot of work to change hinges on the doors and wasn’t a straight forward swap. He also painted all of the internal of the cabinet and all drawer fronts and hallway ceiling going up the stairs which needed a lot of repair and all were not part of the original agreed cost, as gestures of good will. Perry checked in with us in exactly where we wanted positioning of door handles, provided regular updates and my housekeeper - who supervised the project - commented on his work ethic and pride in carrying out the job, said it was clear he was passionate about completing the job well and on time. My housekeeper said he was professional, and worked non stop (with minimal breaks) to get everything completed on time. My lasting comment on Perry is that he is very efficient in how he carries out the work, and how he communicates. We are very busy professionals with a young family and we couldn’t have afforded delays and “issues” and we are glad to say everything was very straightforward with Perry. Thanks for your hard work and for your efforts in improving the feel and look of our home."

"Perry and his team were very courteous during the renovation, they kept the place in top shape daily which was much appreciated as I was still working from home. Perry has a very vast knowledge of both the latest & original industry methods which surpassed my expectations. More than happy to recommend him & his team. Thanks again guys 😊"
