SuttonBuild

"SuttonBuild managed our kitchen, bathrooms and decorating as part of a complete renovation. Despite the size of the job, everything was organised and the team worked incredibly hard. At no additional cost, they introduced us to a designer who helped bring all our ideas together before we committed to anything. We’re very happy with the quality of the finished work."

"Superb!! Bobby, Spas and their team completed a whole flat renovation for my parent's newly acquired retirement flat. Work included, new kitchen, new bathroom, re-wiring, new heating, lighting, new ceilings, painting, decorating and installation of all electrical appliances. The standard of work was excellent, as I expected as it was not their first project for me. They are easy to work with and willing to put forward advice and great ideas. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended."

"En-suite renovation - Spas was excellent. Spas was our single contractor who was incredibly hardworking and renovated our en-suite swiftly and beautifully. We had a couple of small issues e.g. some boxing around the water pipe, but Spas came back and quickly sorted it. He worked really efficiently and they’ve made our new bathroom look wonderful. Thanks guys."

"Excellent communication and attention to detail. Julian and Bobby are first class! Julian and Bobby recently completed a full refurbishment of our loft bathroom. They were excellent at communicating with me following the initial visit and provided me with a detailed quote containing all of the elements we had discussed. They started the job on the agreed date and worked tirelessly for 3 weeks to achieve the end result. They were patient and considerate to check for my input each time a design decision needed some thought and nothing was too much trouble. As with any construction job, unexpected situations arise, but they took these in their stride and never fussed about them - they gave me full confidence that the job would always be completed to the highest standard. Both Julian and Bobby were 100% trust-worthy and I had no issues leaving them in the house alone while I went on a short holiday with my family. I gave them a key to the front door and they came and went as they pleased - working well into the evening each day to get the job done. We are super happy with the end result and I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them. I would employ them again in a heartbeat."

"Bathroom renovation completed to a really high standard. They replaced everything from plumbing to tiling and even fixed issues left behind from previous builders. The team were respectful in the house and cleaned up properly at the end of each day which we appreciated with kids around."
