SW Hirons & Associates

"I bought a flat which required a lot of refurbishment. Steve was fantastic with his help and advice around the purchase and subsequent design of the property. Being on my own and with a limited budget, I was initially concerned about the costs and my own lack of knowledge around what was involved, but Steve helped me through every step of the project, was always available to reassure and advise me and his professionalism and expertise was invaluable!!"

"I was referred to Steve through a friend and have been nothing but impressed. Extremely detailed and thorough survey, quick and efficient to carry it out as well as respond to queries. Also happy to explain and assist along the way, would highly recommend!"

"I have known Steve for many years and he is a total professional in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend SW Hirons to any business or individual in London."

"Steve Hirons has surveyed several properties for me over the years. I rely on his detailed advice and no-nonsense approach. It’s not always the news that I want to hear at the time but Steve’s advice has saved me from some costly problems that were missed on a simple mortgage valuation. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who wants an in-depth property survey."
