"James was very professional and turned up within 2 hours of contacting him. He treated the wasp nest quickly and efficiently and explained all safety protocols to us. James even contacted me a few hours later to check all was well. He was very thoughtful and genuine man. I will recommended him to anyone and I use definitely use he’s service again if required. Happy customer"

"I was very pleased with James' professionalism helping us to get rid of squirrels from our loft in conjunction with a roofing contractor. His traps were effective and after his initial assessment visit made three further visits to set up traps and monitor progress He was straightforward to deal with, always turned up when he said he would, and good value for money. I will certainly use James again if we have another pest control problem."
