"We had a Level 3 survey carried out by Luke Thorburn at South West London Surveyors and were really impressed with the service. Luke’s attention to detail and clear understanding of the property stood out; the report was thorough, well structured and gave us real confidence in what we were buying. He took the time to highlight both the key issues and the context behind them, which was incredibly helpful when making decisions. Overall, a very professional and insightful service. We’d highly recommend Luke and the team."

"I can only recommend Luke with 5 stars … I would put more if I could . Neighbours did a basement and it went wrong ( water flooding, cracks all over my house and 2 years of misery) … Luke was exceptional in his thoroughness, choice of expert ( the best ) , advices and explanations, management of the neighbours builders , architects , surveyors and experts . He also went out of his way to call and message out of hours to meet my availabilitu . I felt looked after with kindness in a stressful time and I managed to get adequate and fair compensations, thanks to his professionalism and attention . I would recommend SW surveyors in a heart beat . It’s a no brainer"
