Customer Reviews
"I had an excellent experience at Tesla Park Royal when I visited to test drive and purchase my Tesla a couple of months ago. The customer service throughout the process was outstanding. Hameed and Steve were both incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. There was never any pressure, just genuine support and a commitment to helping me make the right decision. Their professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction really stood out and made purchasing my Tesla a great experience."
"Superb experience, the customer journey flowed from Start to Finish. I can see why it’s such a luxury brand. Thank you so much."
"I would give more stars if possible. I came in because of a battery issue with my car but the service and care that I received was above and beyond. Friendly smiles, quick service and very knowledgeable. I'm used to the West Drayton Tesla Centre who are great too but the staff here are simply amazing too!"
"I went to Tesla Park Royal today expecting to not find much help but I was surprised to receive excellent customer service. I am new to Tesla and they made me feel comfortable, confident and took their time explaining every step and benefits that Tesla offers. Hamid and Ovi were amazing. Really honest and patient. I did have a lot of questions and they answered all of them without hesitation making me more sure of joining the Tesla family. My order has been placed and I’m awaiting my Tesla really excited!!"
"Fantastic experience at Tesla Park Royal. Davang gave me an outstanding test drive of the new Model Y Performance and delivered exceptional service throughout. I’m usually a Comfort‑Mode driver, but he encouraged me to try Ludicrous Mode — and I’m glad he did. After 40 minutes, I genuinely felt reborn. Highly recommend visiting Tesla Park Royal and booking a Model Y Performance test drive. It’s unforgettable."
