"A big shout out to Andrew for his help today. It was my first visit and, as someone who has managed to kill roses and even cacti, I needed all the advice I could get! Andrew was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helped me choose a large lavender plant and a baby lavender. He made the whole experience enjoyable and gave me confidence that I might actually keep these alive. It’s no wonder this garden centre is rated so highly. Excellent customer service."

"Amazing selection and you can really feel that they care about their plants, the planet and their customers. We ordered some very heavy pots and house plants and they delivered them the next day themselves which meant everything arrived in perfect condition (and with a smile by an actual employee - this kind of human touch is so rare these days!). The plants are in great condition with no damage or pests…. Perfection!!! This is definitely our new go to garden centre. Highly recommend."

"Tom and Paul did a beautiful job installing lush planters in an odd-sized space at our new residence. Tom responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and arranged a site visit, asking questions to get a good understanding of our likes and dislikes. He came up with a creative solution to get irrigation to the planters and made sure the drainage was arranged so it would not damage the wood underneath. He was very thorough in his approach and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was seamless and they were meticulous in keeping the area clean and damage-free. They skilfully managed to get a needed very long ladder through the ground floor and to the outside space and back again. They were honestly the most careful folks we've had work on the property (the others being decorators, electricians, painters, carpenters and furniture delivery people). I can enthusiastically recommend Boma and look forward to working with them again on another project! Here's to supporting a fantastic local, family owned business."
