"A nice neighborhood pub with very good food and beer. Builders Arms was recommended to us by a London-based associate for our visit to Kensington. An excellent choice. The pub had a warm atmosphere and a very good beer selection. Unfortunately, the cask conditioned Dark Star IPA (yeh, I'm a deadhead) was sold out, but the patient waiter suggested the Gamma Ray which was fine. My partner had a delightful (her words) Hugo Spritz, which was the happy hour special up until 7pm. Food: We started with the scallops. Four small scallops and two pieces of chorizo sausage but well prepared. (Β£18). Then I had a very nice duck, watermelon and arugula salad with crisp fried ramen noodles. The duck pieces were rendered crisp which made this a salad I would order again. My partner had a Caesar salad which she would not order again. A final note... the πŸ” hamburgers which went past our table looked excellent."

"A nice pub with a good choice of meal offerings. Settled for the traditional Sunday roast for two. Platter came with a variety of roasted meats with all the associated sides. Food was good though the roasted beef was a tad dry but other than that, it was a very enjoyable meal. Service staff was attentive and friendly."

"Staff very kindly accommodated us on a Sunday without a reservation. Ordered the lamb roast and it was absolutely perfect - could not fault any part of it, so delicious! Excellent choice of beers too and really good service."

"We booked here for dinner since it seemed nice and was pretty close to where we were staying. The place, while modern, is nice cozy and clean and has an overall nice vibe. I ate a very tasty pie of the day with perfectly cooked meat inside and with a delicious gravy on the side. My wife's Devonshire Cheddar & Pancetta Burger was also delectable, according to her. The girl who served us was lovely and helpful too. We passed a most enjoyable evening here. We'll surely be back next time we're going to visit London."
