The London Bath Co. | Bathroom Showroom Blackheath

"Great service from start to finish, our designer really took on board all of our ideas and the installers were every bit as good as I had read in other reviews I can’t recommend them enough"

"Our whole experience with The London Bath Co was very positive. From the initial designs to the final instalation the team was professional and responsive and friendly. It was really good to have all aspects of the project managed by them - such a weight of our shoulders to not worry about sourcing the materials or organizing builders. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would use The London Bath Co in the future."

"New toilet installed. The flush wouldn’t stop running. Bit of a nuisance. Three plumbers, the Head of Operations, and even the Chairman — phoning in from Portugal — have all had a go. Still no working toilet. Blaming suppliers. I can’t call my own plumber because it would void the warranty. So here we are. The promised four-week renovation job is now entering month four. At this rate, the bathroom will be vintage by the time it’s finished. If you enjoy delays and endless emails — this company is for you."

"We asked The London Bath Co to design and fit a new bathroom and toilet in our apartment on the South Bank. As it’s a converted industrial building we went for the urban industrial look. The team prepared a great design, practical and great to look at. Lots of light, and addressed the limited light we have in the bathroom as it has no windows. The fitting was really smooth, the supplies were all organised for us, it ran to time, and budget. When we needed some extras (we needed to replace the doors to the rooms for example) it was done smoothly, cost effectively, and to a great standard. The whole LBC team were super to work with, and we are delighted with what they have done. Very highly recommend, especially if you are in Central London and know how much complexity that can add to getting a smooth job done."

"`Richard and his team were joy from start to finish of the engagement. We wanted a professional one stop solution to take the strain and that's what we got. The design stage was thorough and considered, site visit informative and quality of products excellent. Install team treated the property like it was their own. The dedicated project manager kept me abreast of progress and consulted me on key decisions. The level of finish again was superior. We are truly delighted in the transformation of our bathroom I have found The London Bath Co to be very professional, expert, innovative, dedicated and above all authentic to deal with - a real trusted partner."
