"We used the London Building Company for a single storey side and rear extension on our semi-detached house in South East London. Our architect recommended them (and two other builders) and we met all of them. We also got some other quotes. When I met Freddie (the project manager) to talk through the job I was immediately impressed. I knew that I wanted to go with them even before the quotes came back. He then worked through the small details of the project with us and came back with a quote that was within budget. His project management fee is a very small percentage of the total cost and more than worth every penny. Now that the work has finished, we can honestly say that it has exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job which was completed on budget and with no extra costs. The job took several months and everyone that has worked on the job was pleasant and friendly, and they all did excellent work. Freddie is highly organised, was always available when needed and his communications are always clear. We are delighted that we went with the London Building Company and will be recommending them to anyone we know who is considering a project. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. "The London Building Company just completed a large back extension and loft conversion and we couldn’t be happier. Freddie and his team were excellent to work with and kept us updated every step along the way. We had numerous issues with Thames Water and our drainage, luckily Freddie was always on hand to solve any issues and has a wealth of knowledge. The project did run over however The London Building Company were accommodating as the issues were caused by thames water. I highly recommend the TLC and will be definitely using them again for future projects."
