The London Kitchen Extensions

"We had our kitchen extension done by The London Kitchen Extensions and it’s transformed the house. The team were tidy, polite, and kept us updated throughout. From planning to finish, everything felt well handled, and the result is spot on for family life and entertaining."

"This is a review of the London Kitchen Extensions company. We met Roman in October 2024 - London Kitchen Extensions was the third company we spoke with for our side return extension and ensuite bathroom project and not only was the price the most competitive, but we also got the sense from our conversations that they would be flexible, helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. We're very glad we made the decision to go with them. Overall we had an extremely positive experience. The foreman, Tom was great, Roman made himself available to walk through updates and questions, the team was thorough and friendly, all anchored by Isabelle from the office, who was there when we had any questions or issues because let's face it, issues and questions will come up. Throughout the whole process, the team was always there to work it out with us, providing creative solutions to problems we encountered (thank goodness they were mostly minimal), quickly remedying any issues and maintaining transparent communication throughout. Doing a project like this can be a disruptive and confusing experience and I think builders often assume you too know all the lingo or have deep technical expertise, so when this would happen the team were good at explaining every step of the process and making us feel reassured throughout. In the end, the kitchen and bathroom came out beautifully and pretty much on time and budget and the after care has been good and we have worked through the snag list with the same level efficiency and friendliness long after the final payment was made."

"We recently used The London Kitchen Extension Company for repairs in our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism that is rare to find: Exceptional Quality: The quality of the finish is excellent. You can tell they take immense pride in their craftsmanship; every detail was handled with precision and care. Reliable Timeline: They provided an initial estimate for the duration of the project and stuck to it perfectly, finishing exactly within the promised timescale. Fair Pricing: Their rates were very reasonable, especially considering the high standard of work they delivered. There were no hidden surprises or unnecessary costs. Great Communication: The team was incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. They made the entire process stress-free by being communicative and easy to talk to throughout the repairs. We highly recommend The London Kitchen Extension Company to anyone looking for high-quality home improvements. We would certainly use their services again."

"London Kitchen Extension finished our major extension / refurbishment back in 2020-21. It’s not how it starts, but how it endures and 5- years later we still love what they achieved. Everything works. Nothing has fallen apart. And even last week when we had a niggle, Roman dropped in to fix it …. at no cost. Full marks from us. Highly recommended."

"It was an absolute pleasure to work with Roman and his team from The London Kitchen Extensions company who recently did our kitchen extension! Roman is highly professional, experienced and transparent in the agreement of the contract. What you see is what you get! Everything that is included in the contract is explicitly specified and any additional pieces of work are itemised as extras. He gave good advice about getting quotes from others: "Ask what is not included in the conteract." We spoke to others and saw the work he had done for them. It was done to a high standard. They started and finished on time. They worked hard and were polite and helfpul. This is exactly what we experienced. The builders were on time every single day and the work was completed to the timescale agreed. We had regular meetings with Bart, the site manager and Roman, every fortnight, and they were available whenever we had questions or suggestions. The builders were condiderate and respectful of the fact that we were living in the house whilst the work was taking place and they were generally helpful and friendly. We were also pleased with the way in which the London Kitchen Extensions team cooperated with Eclectic Interiors, who supplied and fitted our kitchen units. I have no hesitations about recommending them as a company."
