The QS Guys UK

"Never let me down delivering on time with a thorough take of broken down in an easy to digest format that satisfies both client and myself as contractor. Valuations made easier on the back of this so it works with you throughout duration of projects won. Had bad Qs’s in the past so speaking from experience David and his team tick all the boxes. Value for money, no broken promises and great timescales!"

"I recently worked with this quantity surveyor on a project and was extremely impressed with the service provided. From the outset, communication was clear, professional and efficient, which made the whole process run very smoothly. The turnaround time was particularly impressive. The work was completed quickly without compromising on quality or attention to detail. Everything was well organised, clearly presented and easy to understand, which made it straightforward to review and use within the wider project. It was also clear that a great deal of care and expertise had gone into the preparation of the documents. Any queries were dealt with promptly and helpfully, and the overall level of professionalism was excellent throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others and will certainly look to work with them again on future projects."

"David and his team delivered a very detailed initial cost plan for a residential refurb / extension project. They were hugely helpful when it came to carrying out a short value engineering exercise following receipt of initial costing. Would recommend."

"Had a meeting with client and architect today, they went through the job and asked loads of questions about the job and the prices of individual aspects. The qs report had all the answers. Such a handy amount of information and really clear to understand. Many thanks to David and Stuart"
