"Please avoid them, your money will be wasted. They arrived quickly, but failed to resolve a blocked toilet. Charged me £216 for nothing. Quoted me another £720 !!! for removing the wall-hang toilet and unblocking the pipe. Luckily a called another plumber (London Emergency Plumbing) who came and resolved the blockage with a snake in 30 min."

"I was extremely impressed with DSM Plumbing when they came to repair a gas leak. I called them at midday on Saturday and they were able to send two engineers that same day. The engineers found the leak and replaced the relevant pipe section all within a couple of hours. Despite the job being very difficult (our pipes are in our ceiling and it was not clear where the leak was coming from) the engineers kept working with precision and efficiency. They also tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for emergency gas leak tracing and repairs."
