Thomas & Thomas

"Working with Alex Atkins has been a great experience. As a first time buyer I am very happy I have had him support me through the process, providing expert, easy to understand, and practical advice. The report itself was thorough and detailed, but more helpful was Alex’s willingness to answer any follow-up questions and translate the findings into tangible actions for me, the solicitors and even the developers. I Couldn’t recommend Alex and TT Surveyors more!"

"Working with Alex from TT Surveyors has been an absolute pleasure. He was able to take a lot of the stress out of the process of buying a house with honest, straightforward and timely communication throughout. The report itself was thorough and easy to follow, and Alex was kind enough to answer any further questions I had in a follow up call. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure I felt confident about my purchase, and that I was making any decisions with my eyes wide open. Thanks again Alex, I look forward to recommending TT Surveyors to friends and family."

"Alex conducted a full buildings survey on a property we purchased. He was able to squeeze us in with little notice which was really helpful. He spent hours at the property and was meticulous in documenting his findings for us. He also was very keen to help us understand the findings and provided us with guidance on next steps. We have already recommended Alex to another friend and intend to use him on all future surveys and house moves. Thanks Alex & TT Surveyors!"

"Alex conducted the building survey during our house purchase recently, and we could not have been happier with his service. His report was incredibly detailed and he spent a lot of time afterwards explaining his findings and recommendations for further due diligence. He even went beyond his initial scope (free of charge) to research the history of the house and provide context for the historical work that had been done. We could not recommend him more highly!"

"Thomas & Thomas have been very professional & helpful. Alex recently conducted a building survey of my property & provided a detailed & insightful report, less than 2 days after the survey. He also took the time to answer all my questions & made really valuable suggestions. I was especially impressed with Alex’s expertise when it comes to building history & construction materials. I can highly recommend working with Alex Atkins & his team."
