Tivoli Electrics

"Excellent work. Everything explained clearly, which was reassuring. A thorough and professional job."

"Michael diagnosed a tricky and intermittent electrical problem. He carefully explained step by step the various tests he was running and what would be needed to fix the issue (a specific faulty appliance in this case). He was helpful and knowledgeable, and I would use him again in a heartbeat."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael, and I can’t recommend him enough. He managed to resolve a complex electrical issue that had been caused by poor workmanship from a previous electrician. From the start, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and pragmatic in his approach. His communication was excellent—he kept us informed throughout the process, clearly explaining the problems and the solutions. He was also incredibly reliable, turning up exactly when he said he would, and worked efficiently without compromising on quality. On top of that, he left everything neat and tidy, which was much appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a high standard of professionalism. Michael is an electrician you can trust to deliver a pragmatic solution using their deep expertise."

"Mike is a very reliable and knowledgeable electrician. He managed to identify the complex electrical issues in different parts of the house and garden, clearly communicated how he was planning to fix them and delivered a great service. His prices are also very fair. Would highly recommend him and would work with him again.""

"Michael has carried out various electrical jobs for me in my home, putting right what previous electricians had done wrong.  He has renewed my burnt out kitchen unit lights, fixed my dimmer switch problems for ceiling lights and lamps.  He has been quick to identify the causes of existing problems and informative and clear in his advice on workable solutions.  He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable electrician.  He ensures a safe working environment and checks it is ok with you before disconnecting circuits.  He has trouble-shooted the problems with my outdoor garden lights, found that non-waterproof junction boxes had been used by previous electricians and replaced them with safe waterproof units.  The standard of his work is second to none. He is punctual and totally reliable. He is a neat and tidy worker, who takes pride in his work. Overall he is a skilled electrician who you can trust. Adrian Hopkins KC"
