Although Tyrone seemed friendly, knowledgable and responsive, he was unable to offer a Rako smart lighting installation, despite us being unambiguous that this is the system we were enquiring about and this service being clearly advertised on their website. Instead of telling us upfront that they no longer offered this service, he tried to upsell us with more premium and expensive systems that were excessive for the scope of our project and outside our budget. We were on a tight timeline with our renovation project and this ultimately resulted in an unnecessary waste of time during which we could have been speaking to other suppliers."
