Customer Reviews
"This is our second year having Ian clean and inspect our chimneys. He is very knowledgeable, punctual and tidy. His recommendations on fire wood suppliers and Co2 alarms were also super helpful. Overall great value and friendly, reliance service. Highly recommend."
"Ian performed a camera inspection and sweep of my chimney. Punctual, efficient, clean and fairly priced job. Definitely recommend"
"This guy is brilliant. I would highly recommend him!! Thorough, professional, great customer service and superb after care! Thank you"
"We had a fantastic experience with Tootsweep! Ian arrived exactly on time and his communication leading up to the appointment was great. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. We moved into our home a year ago but held off on using the fireplace because we weren't sure if it was safe. Ian did a terrific job sweeping it and gave us the peace of mind we needed and we’re so happy to know it’s officially ready for use! We will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him."
"Ian turned up on time and cleaned 4 chimneys that hadn't been cleaned in years. He promised I wouldn't know he had been and he was right- a very clean job carried out! Not a speck of soot escaped. Very pleasant man who had lots of useful advice to offer. Happy to highly recommend him!"
