"The cog on my cylinder lock snapped. I went to a different locksmith at first, who gave me a quote which I just knew was way too high. I then found this place, and the price they quoted was 4 times less! The guy behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable, and told me how to install it. After installation, there were still issues - it was randomly jamming, and felt stiff. He recommended spraying some WD40 in the gearbox, and sold me a can with a thin nozzle. IT WORKED! The lock is now as good as new, and it opens and closes the smoothest it has even done! Great service, decent prices. Highly recommend."

"I called ahead before travelling and explained that I needed: • a long key (around 10 cm), • straight, • with a triangular tip. The shop assistant said that they should have what I was looking for. When I arrived, I was dealt with by a different shop assistant and shown: • a short key, • L-shaped / right-angled, • not with a triangular tip. If the exact item wasn’t available, that would have been fine. However, this second shop assistant was rude and insisted he knew what I had asked for because he was “standing next to” the colleague I spoke to on the phone. I didn’t argue, thanked him, and left. A waste of time."
