Twynam And Woods Ltd

"We contacted the company following an emergency situation where a tree had fallen onto our car. Henry was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for a team to attend the next day. In the meantime, the council sent their own team to carry out the work, and Henry was very understanding and supportive throughout. He kindly agreed to cancel the booking without any charges. Excellent customer service, professional communication, and a genuinely helpful approach. Highly recommended."

"Really excellent service - Henry responded very quickly to our call for help with two sick viburnums, and his team - John and Max - came and removed them the following day. Quick, efficient, extremely polite and pleasant to deal with and they left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend."

"Henry took care of everything. Great communication, great price. He even followed up a year later when I had lost the documentation!"

"I had a tree removed from my back garden. The three guys were brilliant! Really positive and professional. Would highly recommend. Thank you!"

"Henry came and reviewed the unruly and overgrown trees in our garden. He discussed the options for us. A week later he came back with his assistant and completed the work safely and effectively. The garden is now lighter and the tress more attractive in our small London garden. Henry was personable, polite and engaging and a real pleasure to deal with. Great job."
