"The engineer had come to fix problem with my underfloor heating. The engineer was unable to identify the problem . Finally he came to the conclusion that the motorised valve is not working. He asked me if I had the valve. I had already purchased the valve in anticipation. It came as a surprise to him. He then informed me that he did not have connectors to connect electrical wires. I was prepared to go and purchase from Screwfix which was 5 minutes drive so that heating could be switched on.. The engineer was not prepared to wait even though he had been in my house for about half hour of the one hour charged for. He wanted to come next day to fix and charge extra. He left without fixing the problem. This is not expected from a company which believes in service."
